We then invite them to an online interview if they score the stipulated pass mark.
Online Interview
Each writer who successfully passed writing and grammar tests is invited for the interview. The online assessment interview is used to evaluate whether they are as good as their resume suggests. We typically evaluate additional qualities such as creativity, ability to handle pressure, flexibility, friendliness, and punctuality.
2 Months’ Probation
We will hire the writer who passed the tests and the online interview for our team. They typically start under the strict supervision of our managers while assessing their skills and abilities to communicate with clients, meet deadlines, manage heavy workloads, etc.
